What you can expect regarding our fees Every client is unique and deserves a unique service. Our philosophy is to put our clients first - to understand their situation and provide a first class service tailored to their specific needs. Because we establish a one-to-one relationship with each client we are able to offer timely, individual advice on how to improve your business or personal finances. Fixed fees If it suits your circumstances we would plan to agree with you in advance our fixed fees for the services you need. This arrangement means you can contact us during the year with any queries and provided these relate to services under the fixed price agreement and do not need detailed research then no additional charge arises. If something special and unexpected crops up during the year then we can agree an EWO (extra work order) with you covering that additional work at a fixed fee. Special situations Sometimes it is difficult to judge the resources that need to go into a project, a management buy out for instance, and a fixed fee agreement is not possible. We are happy to give you our best estimate of fees in advance and keep you informed as the project progresses. Either way, the letter of engagement that we agree in advance with you will spell out the fee basis clearly.
